First Steps for Fathers (Expectant and New Dads only)
New and Expectant dads learn the basic tools they need to care for an infant during the first 3 months of life. Using the Conscious Fathering Program curriculum, this class walks dads through a baby's typical cycle of care, from feeding to diapering; sleeping to crying. Dad leaves class feeling more confident and capable in the care and nurturing of infants in harmony with mom from the first moments of baby's life.
